When I was a blithely young and painfully hip fashion student I did a project involving men’s shirts. I’d seen some work (by an artist I’m ashamed to say I don’t remember) in the V & A that involved collar shaped jewellery  made of felt, and decided that I could so make my own ‘jewellery’ from old men’s shirt collars. And I did.

Then Mui Mui stole my idea for their Spring 2010 collection and rode it to HELL. In a good way.

And now I’m bringing it back. I have decided that I am going to rock a shirt collar with every single piece  of clothing I wear until I die.

THESE collars by Eleven Objects are particularly incredible. Like, INCREDIBLE.
